A gem.
Waking from a perfect night's sleep, in a dream of a bed, to the gentle sound of birdsong, taking breakfast in the sun-filled garden, followed by a long, stunning walk on the beach and a cracking lunch at the Crown and Anchor.... As damn near perfect a day as you could wish for.
Lulu and Russell are lovely hosts and obviously know exactly what people want from a break away.
The Garden Room is a delight. Stylish, tasteful but very cosy and private. Goodies in the bathroom, great shower... Lovely to come home to after a day at the sea.
In an ideal world, we'd be there every other weekend, but that would be selfish!
So go -and enjoy.

Lovely Annexe in a beautiful location. Very light and airy with a great view over the fields. Hosts were great, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Lulu and Russell are very warm and welcoming hosts and their West Wing is a little gem. It is just as seen and described online - it's spotlessly clean and has just what is needed for a short break. Location is also perfect for visiting the wonderful, local beaches, as well as the beautiful villages dotted along the nearby waterways.

We stayed at Linden House at the weekend and absolutely loved it. The super friendly owners both came out to greet me when I arrived which was really lovely and thoughtful, particularly after a long drive to get there. We stayed in the West Wing which is a self-contained outhouse and has a good size bedroom overlooking a field with beautiful horses (amazing) and a fantastic kitchen and bathroom. The whole property was spotlessly clean and really functional, and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely recommend Linden House!

Lulu and Russell are great hosts, the accommodation is brilliant self-contained, self-catering unit, like a little cottage. Comfy bed with lovely linen, large shower head, well designed accommodation. The view overlooks a field with trees and horses, very private. I spent quite some time sitting under a tree reading a book. Can't remember when I was that relaxed. I came for quiet time and this Air B & B delivers. Just a short drive to the East or West Wittering beaches or the local shops where I found I could buy anything I needed. The property is close to a main road which I only noticed early morning, I have an App with singing birds and sea sounds so this was no bother, Highly recommend.

The annexe was just what we were after, it is beautiful inside and out and you have clearly worked really hard to make it so. It has amazing views and is so well equipt, we really can't fault it! We had a wonderful stay here. Lulu and Russell were really friendly and accommodating. The annexe was extremely clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the bedroom window was lovely. It is just as the photos on the site portray. It is very close to West Wittering beach (a great, sandy beach) and lots of other beaches, walks, restaurants and pubs.

A happy little home in a great location for exploring the surrounding countryside and coast! What comfort! Comfy bed. Space. Light. Peace. What more could anyone want? The annexe has everything needed for a relaxing short stay. The hosts, Lulu and Russell, were very friendly. I liked that the annexe was separate from the main house, and it felt secluded with a lovely view of the paddock and the horses behind. Who doesn't want to wake up to a view like that? There are beautiful walks all around, into West and East Wittering and down to the beach, East Head and the salt marsh. Samphire is a great little restaurant in East Wittering. The food was delicious and the service very welcoming.
